 The ministry as the foundation of our parish future, designed to prepare our young people, ages 3 to 18 for a fulfilling Christian life.
Parents too, along with the students, enjoy the sacramental preparation classes for Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.

Pre-School Program
Who: Children 3 years old to kindergarten
When: Sunday morning (10:00-11:00 am)
Why: While the parents are enjoying the liturgy, the children are invited to our pre-school program in which they will learn about god and his son Jesus in a creative environment.

For all classes the cost is $35.00 for the first child and $15 for every additional child. Tuition assistance available
Sacramental Preparation - Baptism
Baptism for Children 7 - 17 years who have not been baptized catholic.
RCIA Process for Children: Children will prepare to be fully received into the Catholic Church through baptism, confirmation and Eucharist.
First Year - Pre Sacramental Preparation
Who: Children 7-17 years old who have not been baptized catholic
When: Tuesday afternoon 4:00 pm - 5:00pm or Sunday morning 8:30 - 9:30
Why: During the first year of their journey, the children will study scripture and basic catechism.
Second Year - First Penance Preparation
Who: children who have completed the first year
When: Thursday nights (6:30-7:30 pm)
Why: during the second year of the journey, the children will focus on the old testament, learning what faith is and what is means to be a catholic Christian.
Third Year - First communion preparation
Who: children who have completed the first and second year
When: Thursday nights (6:30 - 7:30)
Why: children will focus on the new testaments, the sacraments and the practices of the Catholic Church

First Penance and First Communion

First Year
Who: Children in the 1st - 8th grades
When: Sunday morning (8:30-9:30 am) or Tuesday afternoon (4:00-5:00 pm)
Why: The first year will focus on scripture and basic catechism of the Catholic Church.
Second Year
Who: Children in the 1st - 8th grades
When: Wednesday nights (6:30-7:30 pm)
Why: The second year will focus on scripture and the sacrament of Penance; they will receive their first penance in the spring.
Third Year
Who: Children in the 1st - 8th grades
When: Wednesday nights (6:30-7:30 pm)
Why: The third year will focus on scripture and first Eucharist. They will make their first Eucharist in May.

Confirmation - Grades 9 - 12
Teens will attend a two-year program
All must attend the youth mass after classes (12:00-1:00 pm)
First Year
Who: High-School age
When: First Sunday of the month 9:30 am - 11:50 am
Why: This program will help the youth grow closer to god and their faith through fellowship and the study of scripture. The youth will be required to attend a one - day retreat.
Second Year
Who: High-School age
When: Second Sunday of the month 9:30 am - 11:50 am
Why: This program will continue to help the youth grow closer to god and their faith through fellowship and the study of scripture. The youth will be required to attend a three-day retreat. Those who are sixteen years old by Easter will make their confirmation in May.
