Welcome to our home on the Internet. Here you will find the latest news and information about St. Theresa Church. We have built this website as an invitation to you to discover or re-discover all the benefits of a truly faith-sharing filled life in a genuine Catholic atmosphere...

We are excited about this new media. We have many features to offer you, at your disposal, at your leisure and right there at your fingertips so that you could make this online resource a useful and helpful tool for your spiritual delight and enhancement...

We hope you will share the vision; that this revival website may be at the center of your relationship made anew with your parish family and the catholic faith so as to bring a new and invigorating sense of unity to the large Christian family - in the neighborhood and in the universal church.

"I pray not only for these, but for those also who through their words will believe in me. May they all be one. Father, may they be one in us, as you are in me and I am in you, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me." John 17: 20-21.

There is more, much more!! In the words of our Savoir "Come and see."

We are especially blessed to have here on the parish grounds an Adoration Chapel. What a graced opportunity to be able to come on Fridays and sit in the company of Jesus any moment of the day. The chapel is next to the Statue of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus on the South Westside entrance of our church.

We are proud of our Catholic tradition here at St. Theresa's - Proud of our Catholic Schools - St. Theresa School from Pre-school through middle school. Our all week long religious education programs and sacramental preparation classes both in English and Spanish speaking languages.

It is here, in our schools, that the faith, the morals and values of our Church are taught and lived. Here the gospel is proclaimed and the call to make new disciples is answered.

Our modern lives are busy, filled with many calls for our attention and challenged by worldly distractions. Our family, work, church, recreation, neighborhood, friends, and our own personal needs all make legitimate demands on our energies and spirituals yearnings. In this fast paced secular world, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep our priorities centered on God's loving presence. Yet we reflect on the words of the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II and indeed we find the message inspiring:

"Perhaps one of the finest gifts we could offer to Jesus Christ on the two thousandth anniversary of his birth would be that the Good News will at last be made known to every person in the world - first of all through the living witness of Christian example, but also through the media: Communicating Jesus Christ: the Way, the Truth, and the Life."

We hope that you will enjoy your visit and that you will find it to be both informative and enriching...

St. Theresa Church, still a landmark in Coachella Valley!!!

During the month of January of 2004 a public display of modern architecture is being held at the Palm Spring Library. Prominently feature is St. Theresa Church whose design was the inspiration of well known architect William F. Cody.

The Cross of Resurrection, tabernacle and original candelabras were designed and handcrafted by Barnabas Wasson.
