St. Theresa High School Youth Ministry

THE YEAR OF THE YOUTH

"Our youth will not feel alone in their search for identity, in their quest to discover their unique place in Church and society, and in their search for God." (Diocesan Vision Statement 1997).

St. Theresa provides ministry to, with and for youth that responds to their  needs, and welcomes their involvement, with their gifts and energy, into the life of the community.

In order to accomplish these goals the Youth Ministry will provide the following:

Worship: The experience of worship as a teenage group and catholic community.

Study: The exploration of scriptural topics relevant to Catholic Youth.

Service: The gift of service to our church and larger community.

Community Building:  Group building activities such as retreats, trips, conferences, socials, etc.

The High School Youth Ministry will meet on a weekly basis.
